Description

On 7-inch vinyl comes an EP of 1967 and 1968 BBC recordings featuring original Moody Blues-singer Denny Laine and his Electric String Band. Presented are six wondrous songs that build a bridge between the psychedelic pop of the day and a style that one might refer to as early art rock. The band included a.o. ex-Pretty Things drummer Viv Prince and a cello/violin string quartet comprised of former Royal Academy players.

All tracks recorded at the BBC on October 4th 1967 except *January 12th 1968.
