-We accept Visa, Mastercard. We need the following information by email: type of credit card, name of card holder, expiration date, card number. The owner of the card has to be identical with the person ordering the items. If you do not trust the internet, you can always fax this information to +49.40.63941646. 2. when you finished shopping click 'shopping card' button
3. click the 'dustbin' symbol if you want to cancel an item or click 'order now' if you want to order
4. the total shown is excluding packing & postage!
5. provide your billing information and select a shipping method (surface or airmail // registered or insured - leave unclicked if you don't want)
6. select a type of payment method and click the 'Terms' box
   
7. we get back to you confirming your order and stating the total including packing & postage
   
8. your order will be shipped immediately once your payment is received

NOTE:
- All orders must be prepaid. We can not send out orders before we have received your payment.
- Payment is expected seven days (for customers within Germany), ten days (for customers outside Germany, but in europe) or 14 days (customers in ROW) after we send confirmation email. If you should need more time let us know.
- Postage rates differ from country to country and depends on the weight of the package. We always choose the cheapest way with the shipping method you chose.
- We can only accept returns based on manufacturing defects. Do not send anything back without checking with us first.
- We are not responsible for uninsured/unregistered payments lost through the post.
- We are not responsible for uninsured items damaged or lost in transit!
- Shipping fee is calculated by total weight and size of your items. It will be calculated by the result of stock confirmation.
- You will be informed of  shipping fee based on weight and size of available items.
