Prices
All prices are in EURO currency and include german VAT.
Prices do not include postage & packing.

Postage & Packing
- postage depends on weight and size of items, method of shipping and destination.
- we always choose the cheapest way with the shipping method you chose.
- poszage will be calculated by the result of stock confirmation.
- you will be informed of shipping fee based on weight and size of available items.
- we use new cardboard packages for records. All items are packed very securely
- packing charges: euro 0.50 for 7inch orders and euro 0.80 for all other (plus tax)
- within germany: standard postage is free for purchases over euro 150.00 (registered or insured is extra)
- within europe/outside germany: standard postage is free for purchases over euro 200.00 (airmail, registered or insured is extra)
- rest of the world: standard postage is free for purchases over euro 250.00 (airmail, registered or insured is extra)

Orders
- All orders must be prepaid. We can not send out orders before we have received your payment.
- Payment is expected 7 days (for customers within Germany), 10 days (for customers outside Germany, but in europe) or 14 days (customers in ROW) after we send confirmation email. If you should need more time let us know.
- We can only accept returns based on manufacturing defects. Do not send anything back without checking with us first.
- We are not responsible for uninsured/unregistered payments lost through the post.
- We are not responsible for uninsured items damaged or lost in transit!
- Items send in registered packages are not insured in case of losing in transit! It's just safer as the 'normal' sent packages.
- Items send in insured packages will be refunded for the value of records plus postage (paypal fee can't be refunded) in case of loss. Insured shipment is not possible to all countries.

Payment
within Germany
- bank transfer
- credit card (VISA, VISA Electron, MASTERCARD). The customer states its credit card details when ordering. After the credit card has been accepted the contractual party delivers the order. The invoiced amount will be charged to the credit card account of the customer shortly before shipping. The credit card details will be treat confidentially and will not be passed on to a third party.
- cash (well concealed, in registered envelope is recommended - in any case sending cash is at your own risk)

outside Germany

- bank transfer into our bank account using IBAN/BIC codes (within europe, only)
- Postal Money Order (made payable in EURO currency to A.Gramlich)
- well-concealed cash [registered is recommended - in any case sending cash is at your own risk]
- credit card payments (in EURO currency) through paypal (www.paypal.com) - there is a 4% charge for this service!

Rückgaberecht
- Alle bestellten Neuware-Artikel können uneingeschränkt und ohne Angabe von Gründen innerhalb von einem Monat nach Erhalt der Ware kostenfrei zurückgegeben werden.

- Sofern die Ware versiegelt ist (z. B. bei CDs, DVDs, Videos und sonstigen Audio- oder Videoaufzeichnungen), erlischt das Rückgaberecht mit dem Bruch des Siegels.

- Der Kunde hat für die Rücksendung eine sichere Transportverpackung zu verwenden und die Sendung an folgende Adresse zu richten:

-Für die Rücksendung ist die günstigste und angemessenste Versandart (z.B. Standardpaket) zu wählen und die Sendungen sind ordnungsgemäß zu frankieren. Unfreie Sendungen werden nicht angenommen und gehen zurück an den Absender.

-Bei einer Rücksendung innerhalb von einem Monat aus einer Warenlieferung, deren Bestellwert insgesamt bis zu 40,- EUR beträgt, trägt der Verbraucher die Kosten der Rücksendung, wenn die gelieferte Ware der bestellten entspricht. Andernfalls gehen die Kosten der Rücksendung zu Lasten des Verwenders und werden dem Verbraucher nach Wahl gutgeschrieben oder erstattet..

-Zur Fristwahrung genügt die Absendung der Ware innerhalb von einem Monat nach Erhalt der Ware..

-Mit rechtzeitiger Absendung der Ware bzw. des Rücknahmeverlangens ist der Kunde nicht mehr an den Kaufvertrag gebunden. Sofern der Kaufpreis bereits gezahlt wurde, erstattet der Verwender dieser AGB ihn unverzüglich zurück.

-Bei Rückgabe benutzter oder beschädigter Ware behält sich Copasetic Mailorder vor, für die Wertminderung und für den Wert der Nutzung der Ware Ersatz zu verlangen. Ersatzansprüche entstehen nicht, soweit die Verschlechterung der Ware ausschließlich auf ihre Prüfung zurückzuführen ist. Der Kunde kann Ersatzansprüche wegen Benutzung der Ware vermeiden, wenn er diese lediglich in dem für eine angemessene Prüfung erforderlichen Umfang in Augenschein nimmt. Vorgenannte Ansprüche werden mit dem zu erstattenden Kaufpreis verrechnen.
